ECDMT exists to deliver construction work in Portugal to a consistent, verifiable standard. The company operates locally — with local teams, local suppliers and local regulatory knowledge — inside the management framework of an international construction group.
We work for developers, investors and institutional clients who need a contractor that reports clearly, controls the programme and can be held to what was agreed.
ECDMT is structured to take on residential, hospitality, commercial, real estate and mixed-use developments, as well as technically demanding projects where the group’s wider engineering and procurement capability is relevant.
