This policy explains how ECDMT processes personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

    What data we collect

    Contact form: name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, project type, estimated project scope and the content of your message.

    Technical data: strictly necessary cookies required for the website to work, and — only with your consent — analytics data about page usage.

    Embedded map: the contact page loads a map frame served by Google. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

    Why we process it

    To respond to an enquiry you have sent us, on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

    To operate and secure the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a functioning service.

    To measure website usage, only where you have given consent to analytics cookies.

    How long we keep it

    Enquiry data is kept for RETENTION PERIOD unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case the applicable legal retention periods apply.
