01 — Capability
Construction
End-to-end construction — planning, site management, procurement and quality control under a single line of responsibility.

Overview
Construction
Construction is ECDMT’s core activity. We work from a detailed execution plan, with permanent site management, programme control and systematic verification of every completed work.
Subcontractor coordination, material procurement, site logistics and document control are part of production — not parallel administrative tasks. That integration is what stops a late order from becoming a stoppage on site.
Every contract has a named site manager, a single point of contact for the client, and records that show at any moment what was built, by whom and with which material.
Group capability
For the material packages where scale matters, ECDMT can draw on the procurement and logistics experience of DMT Group.
